Sales and Customer Service - Principles of Partnership Selling
A quality product and thorough product training are critical to successful selling—but very few products sell themselves. A quality product and great product training are only part of the story. Strategic and tactical sales techniques are the vital to gaining and retaining the edge in the market. This program has been developed specifically to teach these techniques in a highly interactive and experiential environment—a methodology which has been proven to work. The seven modules that comprise the program are: Partnering, Value Profiling, Developing Benefits, Presenting Solutions, Handling Objections, Closing and Putting It All Together. This program has been designed to be a selling system, not just a course on selling.
Modules are designed to delivered individually, grouped with other modules, or
delivered all together as an intensive workshop. Since each module builds on the previous, all modules should be
delivered in order, as they are presented in the Leaders Guide.
