Sales and Customer Service - Powers of Persuasion
There’s no question that all business people—especially those in sales—must learn to master the power of persuasion in order to be effective. This course explores seven types of persuasive power that can be applied either individually or in combination. Participants will also learn a process for determining which Powers will be most effective in any encounter. This course is delivered in three modules: The Action Plan, The Awesome Power of Persuasion, Persuasion Presentations.
