When salespeople know how to motivate themselves, everyone in the business benefits. This program isolates the critical “core skills” that form the foundation of successful selling. In addition, it will assist both sales professionals and sales managers to increase productivity and improve interactions by developing the skills within each of these five modules: Goal-Setting and Planning, Leveraging Time, Communication, Negotiation and Teamwork.
Each module can be delivered as a stand-alone workshop or delivered together in any combination with other modules.
