Employee Development - Positive Impact
Becoming more productive is a challenge for most companies today, regardless of size. One effective way to address the issue is by teaching your employees how to have a positive impact on their company, customers, and colleagues. This program is designed to instill high-performance behaviors that create strong organizations and increase productivity in critical areas where it really counts. The seven modules of the program are as follows: Attitude, Personal Accountability, Balance, Change, Productivity, Communication and Leadership Opportunities.
Modules may be delivered individually, grouped with other modules, or
delivered all together as an intensive workshop. All modules should be
delivered in order, as they are presented in the Leaders Guide.
