Sales and Customer Service - Speaking for a Lasting Impression
For the majority of people, public speaking continues to be the most dreaded fear. Unfortunately, today’s business world requires individuals, particularly those who directly address customers, to be articulate and persuasive in their communications.
This program provides participants with the essential components involved in speaking effectively and delivering presentations that will create a lasting positive impression on the audience. The five modules comprising the program are: Understanding the Adult Audience, Developing a Dynamic Delivery, Speaking with Conviction, Presenting with Purpose and Raising Retention.
Modules are designed to delivered individually, grouped with other
modules, or
delivered all together as an intensive workshop. Since each module
builds on the previous, all modules should be
delivered in order, as they are presented in the Leaders Guide.
