Employee Development - Emotional Intelligence: Pathway for Personal Success
Attendees of this program will learn a set of principles that will change the way they view their performance on the job and—more importantly—themselves. The study of Emotional Intelligence (EI) in the business world enables people to grow in self-understanding, confidence, personal effectiveness and the ability to handle the constant challenges and opportunities of the workplace. The eight modules that comprise the program are: The Integrity Model, Conquer Your Key Moments, Embrace Reality, Exercise Responsibility, Clarify Your Vision, Define Your Purpose, Act with Integrity and Value Who You Are. Training in Emotional Intelligence improves managerial skills, team building, and employee competence at all levels, and that inevitably improves the bottom line.
Modules may be delivered individually, grouped with other modules, or
delivered all together as an intensive workshop. All modules should be
delivered in order, as they are presented in the Leaders Guide.
