Management - Skills for High Performance Teamwork
Everything accomplished in an organization depends on people working
together effectively. This program is dedicated to the premise that when team relationships are strong, the organization benefits in both productivity and in its overall health. This program is highly interactive and forges an environment where participants will learn key principles, make decisions, and have some fun while at the same time maintaining a positive team atmosphere. The modules are: Basic Communication, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Group Dynamics, Team Decision-Making, Team Problem Solving, Conflict Resolution and Time Management.
Modules are designed to delivered individually, grouped with other
modules, or
delivered all together as an intensive workshop. Since each module
builds on the previous, all modules should be
delivered in order, as they are presented in the Leaders Guide.
