Strong leaders in today’s fast-paced business world realize that employees and managers who are adept at managing conflict are crucial to the competitiveness and continued high performance of their organizations.
This course is divided into two parts:
In Managing Interpersonal Conflict employees focus on the causes and elements of conflict, the different conflict management styles, and how to enhance interpersonal conflict management skills.
In
Managing Organizational Conflict managers will set goals and define actions for enhancing their current conflict management abilities. Managers will focus on identifying causes of organizational conflict, identifying difficult people, enhancing conflict management skills, and taking ownership of conflict management.
