Leadership - High Performance Leadership
The principles and practices learned in this program will instruct individuals in how to be outstanding leaders in your organization. Attendees study the five practices of the world’s greatest leaders, find a balance between the five major leadership roles (technician, manager, trailblazer, architect and coach), learn how to lead and empower others. This leadership development system is presented in eight insightful modules: Principles of Leadership, Practices of Empowering Leaders, The Five Leadership Roles, Leadership Practices- A Self Assessment, Personal Productivity, Fundamentals of High-Performance Teams, Performance Expectations and Empowering Others for Success.
Modules may be delivered individually or grouped with other modules or
delivered all together as an intensive workshop. All modules should be
delivered in order, as they are in the Leaders Guide.
